In the beautiful holiday property you can expect two air conditioning units, a fully equipped open kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, ceramic hobs, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine and toaster), mosquito screens on all windows and balcony/patio doors, your own WiFi router, two smart TVs, a safe in the dressing room, a walk-in shower in the bathroom, your own washing machine with dryer function, ironing board and iron. The double bed in the bedroom is 1.80 x 2.00 m. The popular Costa Beach restaurant is located directly in your Palmeras Playa complex on the beach - sufficiently far away from your property, so no noise or odor pollution. Here you can enjoy an excellent meal or simply have a holiday cocktail on the cozy beach terrace. Alternatively, you can of course enjoy a sundowner with a view of the sea from your balcony or private terrace and end your relaxing day on holiday. A large selection of restaurants & cafés, two supermarkets, bakeries and other shops are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.
